Welcome to Boyce College. My name is Hannah Baugh, and I'm a sophomore at Boyce studying biblical counseling. I am so excited that you are considering Boyce for your college education. I can't wait to show you around this place I've come to love. Under the leadership of our president, Dr. R. Albert Mohler Jr., the education here extends far beyond the classrooms and campus. That's because Boyce College is a Christian college, committed to a biblical worldview, a life of discipleship, and a heart for the nations. Students like me expect to be trained at Boyce to live a life of faithful gospel ministry in whatever context God places us. Cooke Hall

Cooke Hall is home to the Billy Graham School of Missions, Evangelism, and Ministry. This is the only graduate school the world-renowned evangelist allowed to use his name, and Boyce College students get full access to these world-class facilities. Cooke Hall houses guitar and drum labs, piano rooms, studios, an auditorium, as well as classrooms and offices. As a student at Boyce College, you can audition for different musical groups like Boyce Vocal Band, and Dorm Meeting Band.

Alumni Chapel

This is Alumni Memorial Chapel. The chapel is a replica of the historic First Baptist Church of Atlanta, Georgia. One of the major distinctives of Boyce is a commitment to cultivate authentic community that is rooted in the gospel. One way we seek to foster this community is during our weekly chapel service we call "Dorm Meeting" on Monday nights in Alumni Chapel. Designed for Boyce students, Dorm Meeting exists to provide students the opportunity to worship and sit under the preaching of God's word together.

Norton Hall

Norton Hall serves as the main academic building on campus. Norton is home to offices like Financial Aid and the Registrar, and also Southern Seminary's faculty offices, and Broadus Chapel. In addition, Norton Hall houses the Center for Student Success which provides students with resources and assistance throughout their time at Boyce—including academic advising, vocation and career development, and international student services. Norton Hall also houses the President's Office.

Towery Plaza

Just outside of Norton Hall is Towery Plaza—dedicated in 2011. Towery Plaza is a great spot for studying outside or enjoying the sights of campus. It isn't uncommon for professors to move their classes outside during the year and meet here, or near the trees just off the plaza. The view from Towery offers a stunning view of the whole campus.

Seminary Lawn

This is the Seminary Lawn. Our campus was designed in the early 20th century by the Olmstead firm, the same firm responsible for Central Park in New York City. As the center of campus, the Seminary Lawn offers views of Towery Plaza and Norton Hall, Boyce Centennial Library, the Honeycutt Student Center, and the Mullins Complex. Throughout the year, many major Boyce student life events occur in the lawn, including the annual Fall Festival. You will often see students studying, relaxing, playing music, or enjoying the beautiful campus.

Library

Welcome to the James P. Boyce Centennial Library, built in 1959 to commemorate Southern Seminary's 100th anniversary. With four floors and more than one million items, our library is one of the largest theological libraries in the world. But the Boyce library is more than just a collection of resources. Library staff are always close by to give you personalized help with research and writing and the library regularly hosts events aimed at helping you excel in your classes.

Mullins Hall

Mullins Hall is home for most of our Boyce students. The Mullins Complex includes Sampey, Whitsitt, Manly, and Williams Halls. Each hall offers on campus housing for our Boyce students. Williams and Whitsitt Hall are home to Boyce's administrative offices. Some of the best Boyce events take place in the Mullins Courtyard such as Friday Night Fires and other special student life events.

Mullins Dorm Room

The Mullins Complex was renovated in 2014 and is home to a large portion of Boyce's on-campus student body. The typical suite in Mullins Hall complex houses 2 – 6 students, and most suites include a common kitchenette and dining area, lounge and TV space, and 1-2 bathrooms. The layout of the suite style dorms is arranged with community and relationship building in mind, because at Boyce we are passionate about discipleship and building lifetime friendships while on campus.

Sampey Commons

Welcome to Sampey Hall! In addition to housing dorm rooms, Sampey serves as a hub for campus life. Amenities within Sampey include two industrial kitchens open to students, study rooms, a rock climbing wall, arcade games, and a recording studio. As you can see, Sampey has plenty of room to study, relax, and just hang out with friends. Some of our student's greatest memories while at Boyce are often made on campus are found in Sampey during those late-night study sessions.

Honeycutt Hall- Dining Hall

We are now in the Honeycutt Campus Center. Honeycutt is home to many campus services like our campus store and post office—5th and Broadway— named after our campus' original Louisville location. Also here in Honeycutt, you will find the Lifeway Campus bookstore, Founders Café, student lounges, the Health & Rec Center, and the Bevin Center. One of the most important parts of Honeycutt is the Dining Hall. As you might imagine, the cafeteria is a hotspot for our students. During the week, you'll frequently see Boyce students enjoying meals with their classmates and professors.

Health and Recreation Center

The Health and Recreation Center inside the Honeycut Center offers a wide array of health and fitness amenities. As a student you have access to an olympic-sized swimming pool, a state-of-the-art weight room, two full gymnasiums, a running track, and racquetball courts. Additionally, we offer fitness classes for Boyce students including our own CrossFit box. The HRC is the home court for our men's basketball and women's volleyball teams. The Boyce Bulldogs also compete in men's soccer and women's volleyball.

Bevin Center

One of the three major distinctives of Boyce College is a focus on cultivating a heart for the nations. The Bevin Center for Missions Mobilization opened in 2012 in honor of Brittiney Bevin, a 17-year old who died in a car accident before she could fulfil her own calling to the mission field. In her honor, her parents, Glenna and Matthew Bevin, provided funds to establish the Center for the advancement of the gospel among the nations. The Bevin Center for Missions Mobilization offers opportunities for you to engage unbelievers in Louisville, North America, and around the world.

We are blessed at Boyce College to call Louisville home. Louisville is a vibrant city, considered one of the top "foodie" towns in America. Across the city you can find many excellent coffee shops, restaurants, and attractions to enjoy. Louisville is home to more than 120 parks to explore, the Louisville Slugger factory, sports teams, the Kentucky Derby, and some of the biggest college sporting events in the nation. While you are here, Louisville is also home to dozens of great local churches where students can plug in and serve during their studies.
