Welcome to the Johns Hopkins Undergraduate Athletics Tour. Before we get started, let me explain the many ways you can explore our athletic complexes and recreational spaces. -You can jump to the next stop by clicking on the "Next" button. -If you already know where you want to go, you can select any location by using the list OR by clicking directly on the map. -Lastly, remember that you can explore any particular location in more detail by clicking the 360, Photos, or Video icons. ----------------- Health, wellness, fitness, intramurals, sports clubs, and outdoor activities—these are just a few of the experiences offered through the Ralph S. O'Connor Recreation Center. Inside the sixty three thousand square-foot, state-of-the-art facility, undergraduates attend group fitness classes like spin or yoga and work out using the weight and fitness rooms or indoor track. They also take advantage of an indoor rock wall and bouldering cave, racquetball and squash courts, and what we call the "Jungle Gym," an area made up of monkey bars, pull-up bars, gymnast rings, an adjustable step, a rebounder, and TRX suspension trainers. It's a "no scale" zone that promotes health of mind and body.
