How A Beijing School Differentiates Itself From Its Competition

As China’s economy expands and middle class grows, demand for prestigious international private schools is on the rise. As a result, Beijing has become home to satellite campuses of seven international private schools. Thus making it one of the most competitive education markets in China. London-based Dulwich College currently enrolls more than 7,000 international students from China, South Korea, and Singapore. Unfortunately, it is one of those seven schools competing for tuition from students as young as toddlers, all the way to grade 13.

Dulwich College University

To help it stand out, Dulwich College-Beijing partnered with YouVisit to create an interactive 360-degree experience. This experience is available in both English and Mandarin and allows potential students and parents to explore the school’s campus. The highlights of the tour include the science labs, library, parent-run coffee shop and bookstore, and main atrium—all in stunning detail.

The virtual experience uses immersive 360-degree photos, videos, and panoramas to give parents a realistic understanding of student life at Dulwich. Additionally, parents can submit their child’s application or schedule a physical visit, from right within the experience itself. Thus increasing engagement and conversions.
